The series "Fixed Stars", proposes a visual and philosophical journey that intertwines human anatomy with the vastness of the cosmos. Through an achromatic palette of sharp contrasts, Stellin explores the duality between corporeal fragility and the eternal aspiration of the soul.
The scene evokes ancient myths of ascension, the human desire to reach the divine, or the relentless pursuit of knowledge and illumination.
The meticulous use of light and shadow on the musculature reveals an almost sculptural tension, while the black background, dotted with subtle white points, places the subject on a monumental and mystical scale.
